Our Refund Policy
All packages — Standard (£90) and Priority (£99)
Priority usually issued within 4 hours
No refunds after an application has been submitted.
Please review your application carefully before submission. Full pricing is always shown before payment.

Government Fee
The £20 government fee is non-refundable once submitted to the UK Home Office. This fee is paid directly to the UK Government and is outside our control.

Refund requests should be submitted to contact@eta-uk.org and are processed by WARDI LTD in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Rejected Applications
No refunds are made for rejected applications, as the decision rests solely with the UK Home Office. However, we will review your case and may resubmit at no extra charge.
